LIME PINA-COLADA BLISS BOMB BALLS
3 Scoops V Shake (Doterra Vegan Shake Powder – Or a substitute of your choice)
1/4 Flaxmeal ground
3T Maple or Rice Malt Syrup
(Water, if needed to bring to the desired doughy consistency)
Extra coconut, chia & or cacao nibs to toss coat in if desired
Process cashews until a flour-like consistency
Add the protein powder, coconut and flax until well combined
Blend in Vanilla, dates, lime essential oil until a doughy and malleable
(add water gradually here if needed)
Roll into balls and cover in your choice of yumminess!
* I love to coat in toasted coconut with a few cacao nibs.
** I sometimes place the mix in the fridge to coagulate better before rolling and wash hands lots between batches also.
