CLARIFYING COFFEE SCRUB

CLARIFYING COFFEE SCRUB
. circulation . cellulite . blood flow . smooth skin .

This super easy DIY coffee scrub will leave your skin feeling amazing!

There are many coffee scrubs floating around these days. And often cost a bomb!
Using some basic ingredients in your pantry try making your own. A nice big batch will get you through or grab 2 up-cycled jars and share with a friend.

Coffee has long been used in such scrubs as the “Caffeine stimulates dilation while the scrubbing motion increases circulation, plumping up the skin and making cellulite look less obvious. Plus, coffee grounds contain antioxidants, so they can increase collagen production.” (Gohara)

✔️Salt helps to slough away dead skin cells,
✔️Coconut oil moisturises the skin and the added gorgeousness of adding
✔️Certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils, further enhances with added benefits

I’ve chosen LIME for its refreshing, stimulating, cleansing and detoxifying properties and SMART & SASSY The Active Blend for its beautiful combo of Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger and Cinnamon Bark. This blend is well known to support a balanced metabolism and assist in weight loss, but also known to help reduce the appearance of cellulite when used internally to cleanse your system from the inside out, or when used topically as in a coffee scrub like this. An absolute bonus is smells divine!
